Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead in-store execution, owning freight process, Feed to Floor, weekly recovery, and backroom standards while coaching team members and supporting the Store Manager.

You will oversee Inventory Control Specialist duties, security, safety, and compliance, manage schedules, and ensure customers receive legendary service in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Prior store operations experience and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution.
• Lead weekly recovery process execution, including Targeting Outs.
• Oversee the Inventory Control Specialist role and related duties.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and assembly area standards.
• Own all store security processes and standards.
