Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight processes, Feed to Floor, and weekly recovery. You will coach team members, support the Store Manager, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficient inventory practices in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing the Inventory Control Specialist, backroom standards, and security while driving exemplary customer service and Legendary Service behaviors

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Store operations and supervisory experience is strongly recommended.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Oversee Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and inventory controls.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment as needed.
