Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees; ensures store is properly staffed.
• Provides proper training for employees; conducts evaluations; counsels as needed.
• Makes recommendations regarding pay rate and advancement.
• Communicates performance and safety expectations; coordinates meetings.
• Ensures store opens/closes as required; maintains daily staffing.
• Analyzes sales, profitability, and inventory trends to identify opportunities.
• Monitors stock levels and oversees BSR/cycle counts for accuracy.
• Maintains fixture presentation, pricing, and signage according to policy.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and cash controls; ensures security.
• Provides superior customer service leadership and a clean, safe store.
• Ensures equipment is available and SOPs are followed; completes paperwork.
