Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close store at least two days weekly.
• Assist with scheduling and training of employees, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages/markdowns.
• Support planogram implementation as directed by Store Manager.
• Ensure cash control, refunds, overrides, and deposits are accurate.
• Assist in store management in Store Manager's absence.
