Job summary

Foot Locker in Michigan is seeking a supervisory role to lead a store team and partner with the Operations Manager to deliver a premium customer experience. You will manage employee performance, stock, visual merchandising and asset protection, ensuring efficient operations and cost controls.

The role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering high standards and safe, compliant store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipment of all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests and other receiving documents per policy.
• Follows all loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Executes visual merchandising standards, price adjustments and company directives to maintain customer experience.
