• Initiates completion of tasks without necessary supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and motivating your team to drive sales and service.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through product knowledge and teamwork.
• Delivering sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational standards.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership.
• Learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customers' needs.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and upcoming trends.
