Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Department Team Leaders to connect metrics to business processes.
• Ensure store operations comply with company, federal, and local safety and health requirements.
• Act as Safety Captain and lead hazard prevention efforts.
• Maintain weekly operations dashboard and safety records.
• Develop succession plans for leadership roles within the store.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Department Team Leaders and store staff.
• Lead team members in safety training and education initiatives.
