• 3–5 years retail management experience
• Proven ability to direct operations in a high-volume location
• Initiative and self-starter mindset
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training associates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to manage under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Commitment to customer service excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet brand standards and operating guidelines
• Review profit and loss statements to identify improvements
• Supervise inventory levels and cycle counts; maintain accuracy
• Assist GM with HR issues and loss prevention as needed
• Oversee cash handling and communicate with corporate finance
• Coordinate facility management for safety and security
• Drive budget adherence and profitability across controllable expenses
• Ensure store presentation aligns with branding and standards
• Develop and maintain staffing plans and scheduling during peak periods
• Support merchandising resets and display credits as required
• Open and/or close the store as needed
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to associates
