Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of management experience in retail.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train staff.
• Strong knowledge of safety, cash handling, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Train staff and conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for appropriate solutions.
• Open and close the store as required; personally open/close at least two times per week.
• Manage ordering, stocking, pricing and inventory; monitor in-stock targets weekly.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a safe, clean store.
