• Ability to lead store operations and maintain safety and compliance.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training and conduct evaluations; address performance and discipline.
• Make recommendations regarding pay and advancement.
• Communicate expectations; conduct safety meetings and align with policies.
• Open/close the store as required; manage daily opening/closing duties.
• Analyze operating statements for trends, profitability, and inventory issues.
• Oversee ordering, replenishment, and inventory targets; cycle counts where needed.
• Ensure merchandising presentation, pricing, and signage meet standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and strict cash controls.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and staff development.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized; ensure policy compliance.
• Complete paperwork and documentation as required.
