Job summary

Country Supplier LLC is seeking a Store Associate to support the store management team with daily operations in Corvallis, OR. You will greet customers, assist with product location, merchandising, inventory, and signage standards, and help maintain merchandising displays.

You will train new associates on systems and product knowledge, manage daily worklists, and potentially assume duties of Store Manager or Assistant Manager when scheduled. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Eagle Browser.
• Experience working in different departments of the store.
• Intermediate knowledge of operating a POS system.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly.
• Familiar with how to operate a computer system and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help locate products.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and inventory.
• Train new associates on systems and product knowledge.
• Create daily worklists and goals for staff.
• Assume duties of Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers when scheduled.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Lead store meetings and communicate store goals/objectives.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain product knowledge and promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as needed.
