Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking an experienced Store Leader in Bloomington, IN to oversee daily operations and drive customer satisfaction.

You will lead a diverse team, implement merchandising and operating plans, and partner with department managers to achieve sales and profit goals. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience coaching and developing associates to meet customer service and business goals.
• Ability to use KPIs, data insights to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in leading teams to plan and execute merchandising and operations.
• Drive sales and profitability by working with department managers.
• Provide timely feedback to department heads and associates on performance and improvement.
• Assist in staffing, turnover reduction and retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and enterprise policies.
• Collaborate with union representatives where applicable and maintain positive community relations.
