Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages the operation of the stores to achieve maximum sales performance during shifts as scheduled.
• Ensures adequate staffing and trains new employees.
• Maintains store merchandising and cleanliness; ensures proper cash handling and change reserves.
• Assists cashier and implements all aspects of the customer service program.
• Provides guidance and feedback to employees and community service workers.
• Promotes safety by coaching staff, reporting hazards, and following Operations Manual guidelines.
• Produces daily performance reports and communicates results and any disciplinary actions to the store manager.
• Keeps attendance records and enforces schedule adherence.
• Oversees closing procedures and secure store at close of day.
• Reports to store manager and directs staff during shifts.
