Responsibilities

• Achieves maximum sales performance by ensuring adequate staffing.
• Trains new employees.
• Store is properly merchandised and is clean.
• Cash registers have adequate change reserves and assists cashier when needed.
• Implements all aspects of the customer service program.
• Provides training by answering questions and giving feedback to staff and community service workers.
• Promotes safety by coaching staff and reporting hazards to the store manager.
• Reports daily performance to the store manager and suggests improvements.
• Gives direction to store employees during assigned shifts.
• Follows closing procedures to secure the store.
