Job summary

Cub is seeking a Store Engagement Manager to supervise store operations across Maplewood East and West locations. You will partner with the Store Director and department heads to drive sales, enforce policies, and maintain a positive working environment with strong service standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish budget and plan to achieve budgetary numbers; monitor store performance.
• Supervise Front End Operations, eCommerce, and Maintenance departments.
• Conduct training, performance reviews, and employee relations duties.
• Ensure safety, security, cleanliness, and high customer service standards.
