Responsibilities

• Establish budget with Store Director; plan and evaluate performance
• Communicate priorities and objectives with department heads
• Monitor store appearance, safety, and cleanliness; adjust as needed
• Oversee labor utilization; review weekly schedules before posting
• Supervise Front End Operations: cashiers, CSMs, and bookkeeping
• Supervise eCommerce department: scheduling, picking, staging, metrics
• Supervise Maintenance: coverage, training, and safety
• Handle store personnel functions: interviews, discipline, and HR issues
