Job summary

Cub in Stillwater, MN is seeking a Store Engagement Manager to supervise store operations, develop associates, and collaborate with the Store Director and department heads to achieve sales, safety, and service goals.

Responsibilities include budget planning, scheduling, training, and managing front end, ecommerce, and maintenance functions while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards. Equal opportunity employer.

• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.

Responsibilities

• Establishes budget, plans for and achieves budgetary numbers in collaboration with Store Director.
• Oversees front end operations, eCommerce, maintenance, and payroll processes.
• Monitors store appearance, safety, and labor utilization to meet standards.
• Directs training and oversight of store associates and departments.
• Participates in store meetings and contributes to decision making.
