Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; comply with directives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all store assets, including cash, and follow safety guidelines.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates; maintain a positive work environment.
