Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and reading operational directives is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for customer service and team support.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and maintain professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and receipts; support loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized store, ensuring safety and security of assets.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
• Adhere to store policies and safety guidelines.
