• Attending and successfully completing trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, providing feedback.
• Models exceptional customer service and ensures a high-quality customer experience.
• Manages store financials, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to meet sales goals.
• Oversees merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation.
• Coordinates staffing, hiring, training, mentoring, and associate development.
• Promotes a culture of belonging and drives community outreach initiatives.
