Responsibilities

• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience and respond to customer complaints or inquiries.
• Supervise day-to-day task assignment and performance of team associates.
• Assist with management of all matters relating to associates and the store team - training and coaching.
• Plan schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates.
• Verify age with a valid I.D. for any age restricted sales.
• Enforce store policies on safety, security, quality, and operations.
• Process store invoices daily.
• Prepare daily deposit.
• Complete daily paperwork and store reports.
• Conduct periodic store inventories.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store appearance at all times.
• Ensure profitability.
• Avoid conflicts of interest including outside employment in similar business.
• All duties performed without unlawful harassment.
• Assistant Manager will perform all duties of a typical store associate.
