Qualifications

• 2+ years leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3+ years in a fast-paced cross-functional work environment.
• 1+ year managing manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• 1+ year directly managing a team of sales associates in retail or related industries.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors and associates to support product categories and deliver SMART customer service.
• Drive store service, pricing and operational programs to meet goals and maintain in-stock position.
• Manage store opening/closing, payroll controls, and scheduling to align with forecasted plans.
• Provide coaching, feedback and development to team members; address performance issues.
• Act as MOD or escalation point for customer complaints and operational challenges.
• Identify and address barriers to superior service and inventory efficiency.
• Support Pro/customer experience initiatives and enhance in-store operations.
