Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading associates in retail.
• 3 years in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
• 1 year performing manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain required sales licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver quality customer service in a clean, safe store.
• Plan for spikes in sales and ensure in-stock positions.
• Direct schedules and coverage to meet demand and customer flow.
• Drive sales and margin goals while ensuring store safety and efficiency.
