Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at their Appleton location. You will assist with daily activities, organize merchandise, and help drive performance on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail or similar environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform routine store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas on the floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and store policies.
• Support in ordering merchandise and loss prevention efforts.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect store assets and cash handling where applicable.
• Assist in training and developing store associates.
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and respectful work environment.
