Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development at our Ashwaubenon location. You’ll help with day-to-day tasks, supervise associates, and ensure store standards.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to lift up to 55 lbs, and the ability to coach staff in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time opportunities may be available and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, maintain displays, and support store activities.
• Maintain store areas, including stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, cash deposits/receipts, and loss prevention.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
