Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, manage daily store functions, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You'll oversee opening/closing routines, staffing, payroll, styling guidance, and visual displays while using data to inform decisions and protect store assets. Growth from within is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
