Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations or administration
• Ability to travel to assigned store
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget
• Monitor budget, expenses, and key metrics (P&L) to inform planning
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure coverage and efficient operations
• Support inventory accuracy and labor planning for deliveries
• Execute store-level operations projects and directives
• Uphold people safety policies and procedures
