Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the retail store and the supervision of store associates to deliver Best of the WEST customer service and drive sales.
• Open and close store as needed.
• Address customer needs and handle returns.
• Address associate assignments and supervise duties.
• Assist in the effort to increase sales, maintain profit structure, and reduce controllable expenses.
• Assist in the training of store personnel.
• Help keep the store looking clean and well-presented, both inside and outside.
• Contribute to a safe and secure store environment and report safety incidents promptly.
