Job summary

You will help train staff, manage schedules, and drive sales while maintaining security and loss prevention standards. This is a part-time position requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers; responds to inquiries and complaints.
• Performs basic operations activities including cash handling, price changes, merchandise handling, and opening/closing duties.
• Monitors sales activities and motivates associates; communicates performance and provides coaching.
• Maintains awareness of customers to increase service levels and reduce security risks.
• Maintains knowledge of promotions and presents merchandise accordingly.
• Supervises associates in sales, inventory receipt, cash handling, or customer service tasks.
