Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Operate register and assist customers on floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers; responds to inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Performs cash handling, price changes, merchandise handling, and open/close duties; reviews time sheets and payroll docs for accuracy.
• Monitors associate sales activities and productivity; motivates and trains associates to achieve full potential.
• Maintains awareness of customers to increase service levels and reduce security risks.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; presents merchandise per promotions and standards.
• Supports receipt and dispatch of inventory and supplies per company policy.
• Supervises associates in sales, inventory receipt, cash reconciliation, or customer service; prepares weekly schedules.
• Models sales expectations and communicates product knowledge to customers; helps locate merchandise.
• Builds and maintains customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, loss prevention, and other duties.
• Participates in visual directives including store sets and merchandise replenishment.
• Assists in development of store associates; interprets KPI reports and delivers coaching.
