Tailored Brands is seeking a dynamic store leader who will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, service, and operations excellence. You will coach staff, recruit talent, and communicate priorities to maximize business opportunities while upholding inclusive, brand-aligned standards.

You will support scheduling, training, and execution of programs to ensure a superior customer experience and a strong Net Promoter Score across multiple shifts.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations.
• Coach staff and set clear performance expectations.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to the team.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and foster an inclusive environment.
• Support achievement of store business plans in sales, CS, and operations.
• Use store reports to inform decisions and maximize results.
• Drive business outreach opportunities and share leads with managers.
• Ensure scheduling accuracy and proper staffing for initiatives.
