The role emphasizes training, operational excellence, and consistent customer experiences across shifts, with a focus on achieving high Net Promoter Scores and brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience training and developing high performing store teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead store staff to meet sales, service, and operational goals when on duty.
• Communicate priorities and sales-driving information to staff.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and promote an inclusive store environment.
• Model company values and provide enthusiastic leadership as a role model.
• Support management in achieving store business plans including sales and customer service.
• Identify performance opportunities and work with management on development plans.
• Ensure proper staffing and onboarding, and train staff on internal operational functions.
• Implement store programs to increase efficiency in sales, service, operations, and branding.
