Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store leader in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and implementing action plans to improve results. You will help develop the team through training opportunities and uphold ALDI standards for product quality, signage, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years progressive retail experience preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Monitors store operations and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manages schedules and coordinates staffing to meet store needs.
• Identifies training opportunities to develop and grow the team.
• Ensures product freshness and accuracy of signage and pricing.
