Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store-level operations and support the Store Manager in driving a smooth, profitable retail experience. You will oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, budgeting, and on-floor leadership to help teams meet guest expectations.

You will partner with leaders to execute company directives, ensure safety, and maintain strong vendor and process controls. This role requires adaptability and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor-hour management.
• Experience with payroll and HR documentation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of budgets and P&L concepts.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support needs of business, team and guests.
• Review and monitor budget and key metrics (P&L, expenses) to inform planning.
• Provide floor leadership and ensure coverage and efficiency of operations.
• Support sell-through by maintaining inventory accuracy and coordinating labor hours.
• Execute company directives and initiatives at store level (e.g., SSC).
• Maintain safety policies and comply with applicable procedures.
