Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules per labor requirements and budget.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs, team, and guests.
• Monitor budget and other business data (P&L, expenses) to inform planning.
• Provide floor leadership and ensure efficient, effective store operations.
• Support sell-through by ensuring accurate inventory counts and coordinating labor for deliveries.
• Execute company-level operations projects and initiatives.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
