Food Lion in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead store operations and drive financial and sales results. You will hire, train, coach, and develop associates while upholding safety, food safety, and company standards.

As Manager on Duty and day-to-day operations lead, you will motivate teams, manage schedules, and ensure superior customer service. The role requires a college degree or equivalent and annual salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Department Manager or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or will be required to attend training and achieve accreditation within 90 days.

• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is absent and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Model customer service and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
