Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team by planning and driving store execution and performance, while building customer loyalty through exceptional service.

When there is no manager on site, you will lead the store and staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, supervise daily activities, and promote a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in planning and driving store execution.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain presentation.
