• One year of leadership, supervisory, or key-holder retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or state pharmacy license required where applicable.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• Backgrounds considered per policy; arrests/convictions may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and cash register reconciliations.
• Provide a welcoming customer experience and assist customers.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and back-door access as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and price integrity with proper signage.
• Assist with store upkeep, displays, and merchandising; assist at the pharmacy out window if requested.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; handle security tasks.
