• Assists Team Leader in daily operations including profitability, expense control, and inventory management.
• Develops and maintains store layout and product merchandising.
• Achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets with Team Leader.
• Performs performance evaluations and coaching to sustain a high-performance team.
• Ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting.
