Whole Foods Market Ardmore is seeking a Team Member to assist the Team Leader with daily operations, merchandising, profitability, labor planning, and regulatory compliance, while developing team members and delivering courteous, friendly service to customers and staff.

This role requires 18+ months of retail experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience, with flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to coach and mentor others; strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of merchandising and store layout practices.

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Works with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assists Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports and labor.
• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and develops awareness of new products.
• Maintains vendor relationships and ensures paperwork is submitted for vendor processing.
• Fosters a positive environment with teamwork and morale.
• Directs team in absence of Team Leader and ensures retail execution standards.
