Job summary

Roses Express in Woodruff, SC is seeking motivated individuals to support our stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve. As an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and assisting the Store Manager with the store's daily operations to meet company goals.

You will help hire, train and develop team members, manage opening/closing, protect assets, maintain store standards, and ensure sales floor

Qualifications

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50lbs; able to stand, walk, bend, andStoop for long periods.
• Work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Flexible, full-time schedule or part-time including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Support all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Open and close procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Maintain a professional, friendly environment for customers and staff.
• Keep stockroom and sales floor organized and stocked to company standards.
