Key Carriers must be available for varied shifts, uphold store standards, and coach team members to meet daily goals, while ensuring compliance with procedures and safety policies.

Formación

• 1 year retail experience required
• 6 months leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Provides excellent customer service and leads by example
• Acts as Manager on Duty following company policy
• Maintains store operations according to plan and priorities
• Coaches and oversees Associates; ensures opening/closing procedures are followed
• Keeps accurate associate coverage in service areas
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and safety procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and returns handling
