Job summary

Marshalls in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Key Carrier who will rotate with the Coordinator role, supporting store leadership and customer-facing operations. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required to succeed in this role.

You’ll lead by example, coach associates, and ensure adherence to policies, while delivering a positive shopping experience for guests. Starting pay is $17.92–$18.42 per hour with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends and flexible shifts.
• Knowledge of store operations and customer service policies.

Responsibilities

• Alternate duties between Coordinator and Key Carrier as needed.
• Lead in absence of store management and coach Associates.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and schedule adherence.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate coverage and adherence to policies.
• Promote loyalty programs and security/compliance guidelines.
