Key Carriers model exceptional customer service, supervise operations, and ensure adherence to policies while coaching Associates and maintaining store coverage to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months leadership experience.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
• Able to respond effectively to changes and brief teams.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to guidelines
• Provides coaching and feedback to Associates
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs
