Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is looking for a Key Carrier to support leadership in a fast-paced store environment in Frederick, MD. You’ll alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, showing initiative in customer service and operations.

Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required. You will coach associates, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with management to meet goals and deliver a great shopper experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong problem solving, coaching and communication skills.
• Knowledge of store operations, software, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and lead by example.
• Act as Manager on Duty and ensure store procedures are followed.
• Coach and delegate tasks to associates and monitor coverage.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and adherence to labor guidelines.
• Support training needs and participate in shrink reduction efforts.
