You will model outstanding service, coach Associates, and ensure adherence to store policies. Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty, maintaining coverage, and communicating priorities to the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year in retail
• 6 months leadership experience
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of store operations and customer service policies

Responsibilities

• Coach and provide feedback to Associates
• Ensure opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines
• Maintain adequate Associate coverage in service areas
