Job summary

Marshalls, a brand of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and lead by example. This elevated role blends Coordinator duties with occasional leadership responsibilities and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

You must have open availability, including nights and weekends, and be able to coach Associates, manage coverage, and adhere to company policies while maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan.
• Provides coaching to Associates and addresses customer service issues.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
