Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth store operations, set clear daily/weekly priorities for the team.
• Assist store managers with weekly schedules and PTO planning based on store needs.
• Review weekly metrics and use data-driven insights to meet targets.
• Coordinate with HQ and store managers across channels.
• Oversee inventory flow: receipts, replenishment, store transfers, and audits.
• Manage omni-channel order fulfillment and annual physical inventory.
