CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will lead the store crew, drive execution and performance, and promote excellent customer service while supporting the Store Manager in strategic operations.

This role requires flexibility for early shifts, overnights and weekends and emphasizes safety, quality and teamwork within a CVS/pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store crew and communicate information openly and timely.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Ensure high level of customer service and store performance.
