Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of proven experience in a management or leadership role; or 1 year of education in Business Management; completion of LIT program also fulfills this requirement.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate core values with guests and team members every day.
• Provide timely feedback, coaching, and documentation for team performance.
• Ensure high levels of guest service and store standards.
• Drive store performance metrics and overall business growth.
• Oversee store operations, including hiring, training, and staff scheduling.
